Insurance and Credentials Statement
Before accepting work, the company assesses whether the activity, territory, contract value, design responsibility, plant, regulated trade, subcontracting and customer terms fall within current cover. A certificate is evidence of insurance at its issue date but does not disclose every condition or exclusion and does not guarantee that a particular loss will be paid.

Only current verified documents support a public or tender response. Policy type, insured name, insurer, number, period, limit and material restrictions are checked against the instruction. Expired evidence is withdrawn. No person may promise additional-insured status, waiver of subrogation, professional cover or an insurance-backed warranty unless specifically confirmed in writing.
Supplier insurance is reviewed according to risk and does not transfer the company's responsibility to manage contracted delivery. Credentials and registrations are checked for the service, individual or business concerned; one credential is not represented as covering unrelated work.
